To clean, use a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners. The leather darkens and gains character with use. That is the point.

Our Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing and workmanship defects for the lifetime of your ROWDY: a seam that opens, a clip that fails. Wear and accidental damage are not covered. Full terms.
Will the leather scratch?
Yes, a little. Leather shows its use: small marks soften and blend into the patina over time. If you want a bag that looks new forever, this is not it.
How fast is delivery?
We ship from Germany. Delivery within Germany takes 2-5 working days and costs EUR 3.57.
How can I pay?
PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit, Klarna (instant transfer or invoice) and bank transfer in advance.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Withdrawal policy.
How can I wear the Phone Pouch?

Where do my cards go?
Into the card slot on the back of the pouch. You reach your card without opening the flap.
What do the two colour names mean?
The first name is the leather: Charcoal or Stone. The second is the colour of the lining and the card slot: Astro Green, Orange Soda or Camo.
